Facility Satisfaction
This criterion evaluates the comfort, ambiance, and overall satisfaction with the facility, contributing to a pleasant client experience.
Pricing Satisfaction
This criterion measures clients’ satisfaction with the value and affordability of services, reflecting the quality of offerings relative to cost.
Accessibility
This criterion evaluates the ease of access to the facility, including location, parking availability, and scheduling convenience.
Service Satisfaction
This criterion evaluates the clients' overall satisfaction with the services provided, including effectiveness, quality, and consistency.
